  That would be Rossy De Palma, and I adore her too. I only ever saw her in one film other than Almodovar's (Altman's Ready to Wear) but I see by her imdb profile that she's been quite busy! Truly a Picasso painting come to life. I'm going to post a picture of her in the gallery.
